First Things First:

1. Create a list of all wedding formalities ex. Introduction, Toast(s), Blessing Cake Cutting, Parent Dances etc...
2. How Many Courses is the caterer preparing (appetizer, salad, entree, dessert) ?
3. Place the next three categories in priority order:
   1. Food presentation
   2. Dancing
   3. Conversation with guests
4. List other forms of entertainment ex. photo-booth, cigar roller, Venetian hour….
